Who are we looking for as a Civils Site Manager?

We are looking for an experienced Civils professional with a strong track record in delivering highways reconstruction works, cycle paths, quality bus lanes/corridors and high-specification paving. You’ll be confident working in busy urban environments and managing activity around multiple local businesses and commercial outlets.

You will bring clear leadership, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Working closely with subcontractors, internal teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure the scheme is delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption. If you take pride in delivering high-quality public realm and highways improvements, we’d be keen to hear from you.
