Site Manager - 2 Day Cover (Nottingham)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a live project in Nottingham.

Dates required: 22nd - 23rd June (2 days)
Duration: Temporary cover
Rate: Competitive / negotiable (DOE)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live construction site
  • Ensure health & safety compliance is maintained at all times
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
  • Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, and site reporting
  • Act as main point of contact for client and site teams during cover period


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
  • Valid SMSTS (or equivalent)
  • CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
  • First Aid at Work (preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
