⏰ Mon-Fri | 8:00am-5:00pm
MMP Consultancy are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal SHF retrofit planned works for a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, operatives and subcontractors
• Programme and monitor planned works
• Ensure quality control and health & safety compliance
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections
• Complete weekly progress reports and job packs

Requirements:

• SMSTS or IOSH
• Gold CSCS or above
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA/IATP)
• CIH qualification preferred
• Basic DBS required
• Own vehicle required (mileage can be claimed back)
