Site Manager - Immediate Start

Location: Wigan WN1 1BN

Pay: £240 per day

Start Date: Wednesday 29th April

Duration: 8 weeks

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work required)

 

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee strip-out and partition works on a busy project in Wigan. This role requires strong on-site coordination skills and the ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and project delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Managing day‑to‑day site operations

     

  • Overseeing strip-out and partition works

     

  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule

     

  • Maintaining site records and reporting progress

     

  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures

     

Requirements

 

  • SMSTS

     

  • First Aid

     

  • Experience with Procore is ideal, but training will be provided

     

  • Proven experience managing similar construction projects
