Site Manager - Hotel Fit-Out 

Location: Leeds

Start Date: June / July

Contract Length: 12 Months

Rate: £300 per day

Project: 130‑bed hotel fit‑out 

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the next phase of a major hotel fit‑out in Leeds. This is a 12‑month contract overseeing a 130‑bed development, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations during Phase 2 of the hotel fit‑out

     

  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme milestones

     

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and temporary works requirements

     

  • Coordinate structural elements and temporary works

     

  • Maintain strong communication with project teams and stakeholders

     

We're looking for someone with a solid background in:

 

  • Residential construction

     

  • Hotel fit‑outs

     

  • Temporary works & structural knowledge

     

You'll be confident running a busy site, managing multiple trades, and maintaining high standards throughout.
