Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project based in Swindon.

This role will involve managing a live site with works including roofing, external works, demolition, and internal refurbishment. We’re looking for someone hands-on who can keep the site running smoothly and maintain high standards throughout.

Project Details:

• Location: Swindon 
• Duration: 9–10 weeks
• Start Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
• Overseeing health & safety and ensuring compliance on site
• Managing programme and keeping works on schedule
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient site environment
• Supporting site activities where required 

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid
• Proven experience managing similar scopes of work
