Site Manager – Commercial Project (Crewe)

Footprint Recruitment are working on behalf of one of our key clients to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a large commercial construction project based in Crewe.

This is an immediate requirement offering a minimum contract duration of 6–8 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a busy commercial project
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining site health & safety standards and ensuring compliance at all times
  • Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management
  • Conducting site inspections and quality checks
  • Managing project documentation and site records using Field View

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS
  • Valid First Aid at Work
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Experience using Field View software is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
