Site Manager – Commercial Project (Crewe)
Footprint Recruitment are working on behalf of one of our key clients to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a large commercial construction project based in Crewe.
This is an immediate requirement offering a minimum contract duration of 6–8 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a busy commercial project
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Maintaining site health & safety standards and ensuring compliance at all times
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Managing project documentation and site records using Field View
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience using Field View software is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
