Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Landscaper/Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The Role

You will lead a small on-site team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Work will include a variety of hard and soft landscaping activities such as paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, resin driveways, turfing, planting, and groundworks.

Requirements:

• Proven landscaping experience
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Desirable: CSCS card and relevant landscaping or horticultural qualifications.
