key responsibilities:

• carrying out smart repairs on vehicles to a high standard 
• repairing scuffs, scratches, and minor body damage 
• refurbishing alloy wheels including diamond cutting 
• colour matching and paint blending 
• ensuring all work meets company and manufacturer standards 
• maintaining tools and equipment in good working order 

requirements:

• proven experience as a smart repair technician 
• strong knowledge of paint processes and cosmetic repairs 
• experience with alloy wheel refurbishment and diamond cutting 
• high attention to detail and quality of work 
• ability to work efficiently in a busy environment 
• full uk driving licence preferred
