The Role

As a SMART Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out all aspects of SMART repair on a wide range of vehicles.
• Completing cosmetic paint repairs to a high standard.
• Mixing and colour matching paint accurately.
• Refinishing repaired areas with a polished, showroom-quality finish.
• Repairing painted and diamond-cut alloy wheels.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Keeping up to date with the latest SMART repair techniques and industry developments.

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Wheel Technician, Paint Sprayer, Vehicle Painter, or Cosmetic Repair Technician.
• Experience within the automotive sector is preferred.
• Candidates from valeting, detailing, vehicle preparation, or similar backgrounds with transferable skills will also be considered.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• A full UK driving licence.
