💷 Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour

🕒 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:45pm

We are currently recruiting an experienced Snagger to join a leading caravan manufacturer based in HU7. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in identifying defects, ensuring high‑quality finishes, and supporting a smooth production process within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Inspect completed caravan units to identify snagging issues and defects
• Carry out minor remedial works to ensure units meet quality standards
• Check finishes across interiors and exteriors, including fixtures, fittings, and joins
• Report faults clearly and accurately to relevant departments
• Work from quality checklists, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets company quality, safety, and presentation standards
• Support production targets while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Collaborate with trades and production teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Previous experience as a Snagger or in a similar quality inspection role (essential)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects quickly
• Good general trade knowledge (carpentry, fitting, finishing advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety within a manufacturing or construction environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality standards
