About the Social Media Manager Position

A fast-growing snack brand in the US and UK is looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape the next chapter of its digital presence.

The Mission

Make the brand impossible to scroll past Turn curious snackers into loyal fans Build joyful, engaging online communities across multiple platforms Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while exploring emerging platforms and communities Develop and maintain engaging monthly and weekly content calendars across US and UK audiences Create reactive, trend-led content that taps into internet culture, current conversations, and viral moments Identify and amplify high-performing user-generated content, helping turn customers into creators and advocates Build an active and engaging online community through thoughtful responses, conversations, giveaways, and interactive content Coordinate social content across international teams, creators, and designers to ensure smooth execution Publish engaging short-form videos, memes, carousels, behind-the-scenes moments, and culturally relevant content Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reporting alongside actionable recommendations Stay ahead of emerging social trends, formats, platform updates, creators, and online behaviours About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is creative, organised, culturally aware, and highly collaborative. They understand how different platforms work, know how to adapt content for each audience, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

They will likely have experience working within a brand, agency, or creator environment and feel confident managing multiple projects, deadlines, and content workflows simultaneously.

Additional qualities include:
