🧩 The Role

You’ll be part of a busy Duty & Assessment Team, working at the front door of services — completing timely assessments and ensuring children receive the right level of support from the outset.

This is an ideal role for Social Workers who thrive in dynamic, high-impact environments.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Complete Child & Family (C&A) Assessments
• Undertake safeguarding investigations
• Develop and implement child-focused plans
• Work across referrals, initial assessments, and short-term intervention
• Liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated responses
• Maintain accurate and timely case records

✅ What we’re looking for

• Qualified Social Worker
• Experience within Duty & Assessment / Safeguarding / CP teams
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills
• Confident managing fast-paced caseloads
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
