Permanent Solar Electrician – Maintenance & Commercial Projects

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The role involves working across a range of commercial solar PV installations, maintenance contracts, fault finding, and system upgrades.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician who enjoys varied work, problem-solving, and being part of the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and servicing of commercial solar PV systems
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform testing, inspections, and commissioning works
• Install and upgrade solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment
• Complete site reports and certification accurately
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety regulations
• Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Testing & Inspection qualification preferred
• Solar PV experience desirable
• Strong fault-finding abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• ECS/CSCS card preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
