SOUS CHEF – PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB - UP TO £36,000 SALARY + TRONC - FULL-TIME POSITION

We’re recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team at a prestigious private members’ club with a restaurant, bar, function room, and two fully equipped kitchens.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, menu development, team supervision, stock control, food safety, and event catering.

The role would suit someone with strong culinary skills, good leadership ability, and experience in a quality restaurant, club, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
