About You

We’re looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent)
• Are patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive practice
• Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
• Bring creativity, resilience and a nurturing approach

SEN experience is welcomed but not essential- many of our best SEN teachers come from mainstream backgrounds.
