This role is ideal for a Middle Grade doctor looking for a consistent block of shifts or flexible ad-hoc requirements within a fast-paced South Yorkshire trauma and emergency setting.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

• A&E Department Leadership: Providing senior clinical oversight in the Emergency Department (ED), managing the initial assessment and stabilization of patients in the Resus and Majors areas.
• Trauma Management: Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the management of acute medical and surgical emergencies.
• Junior Doctor Supervision: Acting as a clinical lead and mentor for FY1, FY2, and ST1-2 doctors, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.
• Triage & Decisions: Making rapid, expert clinical decisions to manage patient flow and meet Department of Health 4-hour targets.
• Shift Participation: Contributing to a full 24/7 rota, including days, nights, and weekend "premium" cover.

Essential Requirements
