We are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist independent day school in Hillingdon, supporting children and young people aged 3–14 with autism, neurodiversity, SEMH, developmental trauma and complex communication needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist who is looking to work within a supportive education setting as part of a strong multidisciplinary clinical team. The successful Speech and Language Therapist will hold a specialist caseload, complete assessments, deliver bespoke interventions, write communication support plans, contribute to EHCP advice, and work closely with teachers, families, carers and other clinical professionals.

Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE
Bonus: £5,000 welcome bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Contract: Permanent, with term-time only or flexible full-time options available
Age Range: 3–14
The successful Speech and Language Therapist will need:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Ideally 1–2 years’ post-registration experience
- Experience working with children or young people with ASD, SEN, SEMH, trauma or complex communication needs
- Strong assessment, intervention planning and report-writing skills
- Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families, education staff and clinical colleagues
