Job Title: Senior Service Designer (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Hybrid Working (Minimum 1 day in office at Welwyn Garden City)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Daily Rate: £550 - £750 per day Inside IR35

### What You'll Do:

Lead Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality across various product areas.
Facilitate Workshops: Design and run workshops to map current and future state services, ensuring all voices are heard and critical decisions are made based on solid evidence.
User Experience Mapping: Create comprehensive user experience maps that connect different touchpoints and address the needs of diverse user groups.
Promote Design Standards: Set the design direction and embed best practices within teams, enhancing the overall strategic influence of design across the organization.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Use KPIs to measure service performance, adjusting strategies to align with user needs and organizational goals.

### What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in Service Design or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering multiple products and services.
Workshop Facilitation: Mastery in leading workshops that synthesize complexity while capturing essential details.
Collaboration: Ability to foster agreement among technical and business collaborators, ensuring alignment with business and customer outcomes.
Communication Skills: Expertly present ideas through impactful verbal, written, and visual communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Agile Mindset: Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, multifaceted environment while balancing creativity and practicality.
