SSSTS Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive SSSTS Supervisor with Gold CSCS Card to assist our clint on a project in Norwich.

This is for an immediate start for approx 15 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within designated timeframes.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to optimise performance and professional development.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices across all operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication channels.
• Manage resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and operational issues for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry.
• SSSTS
• Gold CSCS Card (Minimum requirement)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
