Static Mechanical and Electrical Engineer + HIU

Job Description:

A Multi-Skilled Engineer covers both mechanical and electrical maintenance across a site. They act as a generalist, carrying out PPMs, reactive works, and fault finding across a wide range of systems including lighting, pumps, HVAC equipment, and general building services.

Requirements:

• • Strong background in either mechanical or electrical (with basic knowledge of the other)

• • Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance

• • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot across multiple systems

• • Commercial building experience preferred

Package:

• • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

• • Salary DOE

• • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
