• Skilled beef de-boning and trimming
• Preparing high-quality steak cuts to specification
• Portioning, cutting, and processing beef products
• Maintaining excellent knife skills and precision
• Ensuring hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are met
• Working efficiently within a production/team environment

• Proven experience as a Steak Butcher / Beef De-Boner
• Strong beef de-boning and knife handling skills
• Experience preparing premium steak cuts
• High attention to detail and product quality
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
