Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
About the Role:
- Surveys are carried out on a asset management software- tablet devices will be provided.
- Carry out 5- 8 completed surveys per day
- Induction provided -to use the software.
- Outside IR35 role
- Door knocking
- Properties can be slightly scattered
- Paid Per Survey -Houses, Flats, Blocks
Additional requirements for the project:
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Happy to manage your own list with no pre‑booked appointments
Available to work full time on an ongoing basis
This is a long‑term, ongoing project, so we’re looking for a reliable surveyor
Ideal Candidates:
· Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
· Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
· Experience in energy.
Elmhurst accredited
· Familiarity with the HHSRS system
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
