TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in South London and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) for a long-term contract.
 
Role Overview:
  • Conduct stock condition and RDSAP across residential properties in and around South London (Majority SE postocdes and some SW)
  • Portfolio of 3,500+ properties (property list available)
  • Must be a QUALIFIED DEA
  • Paid per survey – Flats, Houses and Blocks
  • Outside IR35
Contract Details:
  • Duration: 12-month rolling contract
  • Start Date: Expected from 5th May
  • Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
  • Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
