Stock Controller

A great opportunity has arisen to work as a Stock Controller, for our client in Chesterfield.

Staffline is recruiting Stock Controller in Chesterfield.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £14.13 per hour, overtime £21.20 per hour
- Nights £15.88 per hour, overtime £23.82 per hour

This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off shifts. The hours of work are:

- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Stock Controller your duties will include:

- Complete scheduled counts accurately and within required timescales.
- Investigate stock mismatches by checking locations, movements, and transactions.
- Follow count methods, SOPs, and escalation procedures correctly.
- Record count results, exceptions, and supporting notes accurately within the relevant systems.
- Verify bin accuracy, labels, and product placement.
- Escalate shortages, overages, damages, and repeat issues promptly.
- Clear Andons raised against bin locations within the warehouse.
- Confirm reconciliation on inbound manifests
- Liaise with external clients regarding ticket requests where required.
- Support stock investigations and help maintain site stock accuracy standards.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure stock issues are resolved efficiently.
