We are currently recruiting for a well-known company that offers affordable self-storage units, secure vehicle and classic car storage and business storage as well as managed office spaces for small and medium sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets
  • Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues
  • Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts
  • Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities
  • Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
  • Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Suite
  • Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)

Hours:                   40 hours per week | Rota’d shifts between Monday to Friday (07:55–19:15), Saturday (08:55–18:15) & Sunday (09:55–16:15)
