Store Manager

Job Description:

We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy retail food locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who enjoys developing people, driving commercial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards, and create a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team.
• Recruiting, training, and retaining talented team members.
• Driving sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Managing stock, margins, and labour costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, COSHH, and company procedures.
• Maintaining exceptional store presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Managing shift planning and day-to-day store operations.
• Acting as a role model and creating a positive team culture.

What I'm Looking For

• Previous management experience within a fast-paced food retail, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales and profit targets.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front.
• Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification as a minimum (Level 3 desirable).
