The Role

You will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide variety of bespoke and architecturally led schemes, ranging from complex refurbishments and high-end residential developments through to cultural, commercial, and specialist structures. Many of the projects are unique, requiring innovative engineering solutions rather than a standard, repetitive design approach.

You'll gain exposure throughout the full project lifecycle, working directly with senior engineers and clients while developing your technical and project management capabilities.

What They're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience working within a UK structural engineering consultancy
• Strong design skills across a range of materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry
• Experience using industry-standard analysis and design software
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ambition to progress professionally and work towards chartership (if not already chartered)
