Structural Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering consultancy delivering high-quality design and project solutions across a diverse range of infrastructure and building projects throughout Scotland.

You will be involved in the design, assessment, and delivery of engineering solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors. The role offers genuine scope for progression within a supportive and technically strong environment.

• Deliver engineering design work across infrastructure and/or building projects
• Produce calculations, drawings, reports, and technical specifications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal project teams
• Support project delivery from concept through to completion
• Ensure compliance with relevant UK design standards and regulations
• Contribute to site visits and project inspections where required

• Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE/IStructE or similar)
• Strong technical design capability and attention to detail
• Experience with relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla, or similar)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
