• Lead and develop Psychology and Sociology across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Drive outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes
• Develop an engaging and ambitious curriculum
• Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in Psychology and/or Sociology
• A track record of excellent classroom practice
• Leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role
