Our client, an organisation offering support services is looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker, to join their team.
Duties of the Complex Needs Support Worker role will include, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety of residents and security of the accommodation is maintained at all times
- Visiting tenants in their properties and shared settings in a safe way
- Provide cover for residents with complex needs such as mental health and drug and alcohol misuse
- Making referrals where necessary
- Aiding them to access employment, education and training courses
- Accurately recording all contact with client base
The successful Support candidate will have:
- Experience working with vulnerable groups
- Safeguarding knowledge/experience
- Enhanced DBS
