Supervisor - Highways (Civil Engineering)

💰 £24-£26 per hour | ⏱️ 11-hour days | 📈 Saturday uplift available
We are recruiting experienced Supervisors for a leading civil engineering subcontractor working on a major highways project in Norwich, delivering approximately 10km of new carriageway.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team on a long-term infrastructure project with consistent hours and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising site teams on highways construction works
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
- Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
- Maintaining high quality and productivity standards
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Gold CSCS Card
- Highways Passport
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- EUSR (Categories 1 & 2)
- SWQR
- Safety Critical certification
- Proven experience in highways or major infrastructure projects
