About the Client

Our Client is one of the UK’s leading providers of perimeter security solutions, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of high-quality security fencing systems nationwide.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site teams, including direct staff and subcontractors
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Support the Contracts Manager in coordinating daily site operations
• Monitor progress and report on project status, delays, or issues
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout projects
• Assist with material coordination, deliveries, and site logistics
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within construction or fencing
• Knowledge of security fencing/gates is highly desirable
• CSCS card required; SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Full UK driving license preferred
