Job Title: Supervisor (Rail Infrastructure)
Location: Northfields Station, London
Duration: Long-term contract
Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a long-term role based at Northfields Station. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual with a strong background in rail infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and project managers
- Monitor progress and maintain project timelines
- Conduct site briefings and ensure adherence to health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid BTS (Basic Track Safety) ticket – essential
- CSCS GOLD CARD
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Proven experience supervising rail/infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams effectively in a live rail environment
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
