Supervisor / Site Manager - Bedfordshire - Housing

I am currently recruiting for a supervisor / small works manager for a main contractor based in Bedfordshire to work on multiple small council works for existing properties within the Bedford area on an ongoing contract. projects ranging from £5k up to £50k with works being new Kitchen & Bathrooms, Re Plastering, New electrical and external refurbishment works.

Key duties will be -

• Manage multiple small works housing projects simultaneously from scope of works through to completion and handover
• Plan, programme, and coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Liaise with residents
• Work closely with the Council surveyors
• Carry out site visits, progress reviews, and snagging inspections

The suitable candidate will have ideally worked within the housing and refurbishment sector.
