The Impact You Will Have

  • In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full supplier lifecycle and become a trusted partner to internal teams and external suppliers. You will:
  • Manage the complete supplier onboarding journey, ensuring compliance with governance, SHEQ, ESG, and operational standards.
  • Champion supplier performance, maintaining SLAs, KPIs, insurance, and policy compliance.
  • Lead data?driven reporting using scorecards, analytics, and trend insights to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Run structured supplier engagement including QBRs, performance reviews, and cross?functional meetings.
  • Resolve supplier issues quickly and effectively, coordinating root?cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Procurement Category Managers, providing insights on supplier risk, segmentation, and alignment to category strategies.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and contract records, ensuring renewals and governance documentation are always up to date.
  • Support commercial value delivery, including rebate recovery, invoice discrepancy resolution, and cost?saving opportunities.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvement and supplier?led innovation.
  • Monitor supplier financial health and ethical standards, ensuring alignment with sustainability and resilience expectations.

What Will Help You Excel

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to influence and build trusted relationships.
  • Negotiation and influencing ability, balancing strong outcomes with positive supplier partnerships.
  • Understanding of performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, RCA, 5 Whys, PDCA).
  • Analytical capability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Competence in MS Office and reporting tools, especially Excel.
