Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing shipping documents, tracking shipments, and supporting import operations. This role involves problem-solving, data reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy.
- Problem-solve and design solutions for the logistics network.
- Track inbound shipments and help resolve shipment delays or documentation issues.
- Assist with data reporting, shipment visibility, and operational metrics.
- Escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance concerns as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within import operations in the EU/UK.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or an Operations discipline.
Experience: Background in EU/UK Import work or a related focus in higher education.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and managing models using SQL and Microsoft Excel. Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.
