Description
- Manage end-to-end supply chain: procurement, supply & demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and Logistics/3PLs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Oversee planning and cost management within the supply chain department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- Proven experience in supply chain management in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
