Support Worker -  Birchington/Margate, Kent.

£25,845 per annum + £1200 complexity payment per annum (pro rata) 

Full and part time hours available - Drivers with full UK licence are preferrable

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in Birchington, providing care for three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex challenging behaviours.

Successful candidates will demonstrate quick thinking, proactivity, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting individuals across all aspects of their personal lives.

Whilst no two days are identical, typical responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting individuals to engage in daily living activities, including full participation in their local community and beyond.
  • Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends.
  • Assisting with financial management.
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment and undertaking shopping duties.
  • Providing and encouraging personal care.
  • Deriving satisfaction from your work
  • And enjoying what you do!

Previous experience in social care is not essential. We provide comprehensive accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma, to support your professional development.
