Ad Hoc Support Worker - Supported Living (Stoke - on -Trent)
We are currently recruiting Ad Hoc Support Workers to support adults within a supported living service based in the Stoke - on - Trent area.
This is a flexible, as - and - when role, ideal for individuals looking for occasional shifts to cover sickness, annual leave, or increased support needs.
The Role
As an Ad Hoc Support Worker, you will provide person - centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.
Support may include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Providing emotional and practical support
• Supporting community access and activities
• Promoting well being, dignity, and choice

About You
We are looking for people who are:

• Caring, adaptable, and reliable
• Comfortable working flexibly and at short notice
• Good communicators with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in the UK is necessary.
