We are looking for an experienced and caring Support Worker to support children with complex care needs and Cerebral Palsy in their home and community.
Requirements
- Experience working with children with complex needs/Cerebral Palsy
- Personal care and mobility support experience
- PEG feeding or clinical care experience desirable
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
- Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
Duties
- Personal care and daily support
- Assisting with mobility and routines
- Supporting wellbeing, communication, and activities
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
