Support Worker – Dementia & Elderly Care

About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care to older adults living with dementia and frailty across services in Kent. You will support independence, dignity, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Promote independence through care plans set by OTs and physiotherapists
- Encourage participation in activities (group & 1:1)
- Maintain clear and accurate care records
- Report safeguarding concerns in line with policy
- Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards
Requirements
- Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to complete)
- Care Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience supporting vulnerable or elderly individuals preferred
