Support Worker – Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to service users in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required.
• Support service users with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record service users' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, incident reports, and daily notes.
• Assist with meal preparation and support individuals with eating and drinking needs.
