Support Worker

Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency. We are recruiting for experienced support workers who share our passion to care and support individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better. We want support workers who want to make the difference.

You will part of the day team, 8am-10pm

• £13.20ph
• Autism supported living service
• 8am-10pm
• 42 hrs per week
• Weekend work, 1 on 1 off, alternating
• Work 2:1 packages
• UK Driving Licenece is essential as individuals have their own mobility vehicles.

You will be given a full induction and shadow shifts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month’s experience as a Support Worker in the UK, life experience will also be considered.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
• Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage.
