Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client is a specialist high-end construction contractor delivering exceptional private residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their team based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

This position would suit a process-driven individual with a strong commercial mindset and a solid understanding of the private construction sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining commercial control and supporting the successful delivery of prestigious high-end residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost planning and budget management
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Contract administration and commercial reporting
• Managing project costs and identifying commercial risks
• Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Surveyor within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of private residential or high-end construction projects
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Process-driven and highly organised approach to work
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Package:

• £50,000 - £70,000 salary depending on experience
