Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £23,984 per annum

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in DHU HealthCare, you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within your specialist sector; working with service managers in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active environment.

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with DHU will involve:

- Taking role briefs from hiring managers to understand the needs of the service users you’ll be recruiting to support.
- Ensuring we have a broad candidate attraction strategy for each campaign, using a variety of recruitment methods and tools.
- Shortlisting, screening, and booking candidates in for interviews.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and outstanding experience is provided to all candidates.
- Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels.
- Giving feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates during the interview process and ensuring this is recorded on the candidate management system.

To be a successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll need;

- Experience working in a volume based, fast paced recruitment environment (minimum 2 year of experience, internal or agency).
- Experience using varied recruitment methods (Job Boards, Social Media, Offline Advertising etc)
- To be able to Prioritise a busy workload through effective stakeholder management and strong relationships.
- To be comfortable working within a data driven environment, not being put off by KPI’s focused around time to hire, short term attrition and interview conversions.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Organised and able to multitask.
