Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – Midlands Based)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the Midlands, UK)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited to candidates based in the Midlands, who are passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and building strong talent pipelines across a range of functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Utilise recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organisation as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setting

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines or sectors
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
