Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager - Sheffield / hybrid

Elevation Senior Finance are partnering with a fast-growing modern tax and advisory Practice in their search for an experienced Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Sheffield.

This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused and people-first business that has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and is continuing to invest heavily in its tax advisory offering.

The role would suit an ambitious tax professional who enjoys working closely with owner-managed businesses and private clients, delivering high-level advisory work while helping shape the future direction of a growing practice.

You will provide proactive tax advice across a broad range of matters affecting owner-managed businesses and private clients, including:

• Corporate and shareholder tax planning
• Business restructuring and succession planning
• Share schemes and employee incentives
• Property structuring and capital gains planning
• Inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates
• Managing HMRC enquiries and technical risk
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to the growth and development of the wider tax offering

This is a highly advisory-focused position with genuine opportunity to influence strategy and progress your career long term.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
• 3+ years’ post-qualified experience within tax advisory
• Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A commercial and proactive mindset
• The ability to work collaboratively within a growing team
