The Role

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all tax compliance deadlines are met
• Review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Support on advisory work and more complex tax matters
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver a seamless client service
• Delegate and review work for junior team members
• Support training, mentoring and development of junior staff
• Manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively

Requirements

• Strong personal tax experience within practice
• ATT / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Confident managing client relationships
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior staff
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proactive and commercially aware approach

Salary & Benefits

• £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
