The Role

You will manage your own varied portfolio of clients while also working closely with senior leadership on more complex advisory and planning projects.

This is a highly client-facing role where relationship building and commercial thinking are just as important as technical ability.

You will be involved in:

• Managing a broad portfolio of tax clients

• Supporting personal and corporate tax matters

• Delivering proactive advisory and planning work

• Building long-term trusted client relationships

• Reviewing and overseeing compliance work

• Supporting and mentoring junior staff

• Identifying opportunities to add value to clients

• Playing a key role in the continued growth of the department

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience within accountancy practice tax

• Experience managing client portfolios

• Good exposure across personal and corporate tax

• Interest or experience within advisory/project work

• Commercial mindset and proactive approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
